Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease Care

We understand what families are going through with their seniors who have Alzheimer’s disease and we are here to help. We know how this disease can affect behavior, and how it can have different progress rates for different seniors.

Our Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care is committed to preserving the independence and happiness of seniors living in their own homes. Our trained, qualified and dedicated team of care professionals are ready to meet new seniors and offer personal dementia care in their homes.

Our caregivers have undergone adequate training on how they implement M&H Elderly Care unique Interactive caregiving system. Our interactive caregiving will enable the Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care provider to know the senior on a personal level, learning about their past events, dislikes, and likes. Establishing a relationship with the senior will help the caregiver to plan activities that could help the senior to stimulate mental and physical activities that have been shown to create more lucid thought. The senior and care provider can read an old favorite book together, listen to music from the senior’s favorite era, and even do memory exercises such as discussing the past and current events or looking through family photos.

Our Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia care services may include the following:

  • Bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence
  • Nutritious meal preparation
  • Around-the-clock monitoring to wandering and fall risk
  • Emotional support and Companionship
  • Mobility and exercise assistance
  • Transportation for medical appointments and errands

Incontinent or total care, another area that needs much focus and adequate support allotted especially when a family member is dealing with it without a help coming from anywhere, it get to ones toe and turn to build weight on a personal level or the caregiver. This is an area which requires our help to be there for families and loved ones that needs the help.
