We also work with a specialized spine therapists to help you relieve back and neck pains with the help of our team, we encourage you in speedy therapy to boost your recovery ahead of time.
We will assist you to regain the ability to perform your normal daily activities after an injury or illness; home living situations are recommended for activities such as grooming, bathing, housekeeping, and meal planning.
We work alongside with your physical therapist and keep you and speed up your program in putting you back on shape. We can always come around to see you and give you the necessary support in the comfort of your private room.
M&H Elderly Care Unit is a non-skilled home care agency providing rehabilitation support service for client or patient who are in a recovery period from either injury or surgery they already had. Client goes through healing services which include wound care, diabetes control, emergency services, physician specialists and dialysis. We work with the specialist in those areas of care for easier transitioning of our client health and non-stress recovery. The Acute Rehabilitation service with M&H Elderly Care offers a multi-disciplinary approach to healing that includes hours of rehabilitation a day, daily medical reminder oversight by nursing assistant with the support of the client medical staff for a minimum of 5 days a week to support patients who have experienced functional loss due to many conditions.
